I always wear a 41 in EU sizing, but go with the US sizing as it is accurate for this shoe. Use the online size chart.
Great for first timers. Light and compatible with most cleats. Great price for excellent quality road shoes. One of my best buys.
I am using this cycling shoe for spin classes in the gym. It really improves the work out. I had the cleat put on by my local bike shop ($20).. Remember the cleat does not come with the shoe. The shoe looks nice. It is a road cycling shoe, so it is totally flat on the bottom, unlike the mountain bike cycling shoes which have a profile. It does not matter to me, since I am in the gym and switch into the cycling shoe right in front of my stationary bike. I don't know if I'd like this on an actual bike outside. The shoe fits well, it is maybe a little on the small side. (I ordered a size US 7) If you tend to be on the border, go one half size up.
