This is a nice shoe. Comfortable but not the best New Balance I've ever had. Someone said they ran small so I got a bigger size. Not true. I have Pleanty of room in them now, my feet look huge! I kept them, though because I heard from foot specialists that Americans tend to purchase shoes that are actually not roomy enough for good health. These are definitely roomy. And easy to keep clean. I have had softer soles, though.

I wore the 927's and was sad when I couldn't get them anymore. I now have three pair of the 928's!!! These fit much better.

I bought these to walk in and since I am over weight I wanted something that could handle my weight. These were recommended. My heel or arches have not been hurting after a 40 min. walk.

I have worn these shoes through models 926, 927, and now 928. For me the fit has not changed, but I do think the 928's are a bit better looking and slightly less cl......
