Usually I prefer to get fitted for new running shoes at a running store but I tried the Mizuno website and after their 'test' online it was recommended I try these. I'm very happy with them so far. I received my usual blister under the big toe for the first 20km but it seems to have broken in now. My only fault with Mizuno is that rocks get stuck in the tread at the heel.
I don't know anyone who has feet as narrow as mine. These actually fit and support my flat flimsy feet from all sides! I got orthotic inserts for them because I always do, but they actually hurt my feet, so I took them out and put the insole that comes with the shoe back in. Lo and behold, I can wear them as is with no pain! (and no pronation!) I did have to order a half size up for the length in the toes. the bands on the sides of the toe box may bug you if your feet aren't abnormally narrow, but I saw a video of a podiatrist who just cut the bands off with an......
