After reading the positive reviews, I was really looking forward to wearing these shoes as a great walking shoe. However, just like another reviewer, I also had the side of the shoe hitting my ankle bone which was quite painful. Also, during a 30-minute walk, I had to take them off the last 10 mins and walk barefoot because the back of the shoe rubbed so badly, it caused blisters. The size was not too big or small, so another size would not fix the problem. Unfortunate because aside from that they were a comfortable fit and lightweight. Had to return.

I recently found this shoe at Merrell's Outlet store and instantly fell in love with them. The fancy flipflops I was wearing at the time broke at the strap and I needed a pair of comfortable shoes immediately.
